Not very ADA friendly or considerate. Due to an accident I’m unable to bend/articulate my left ankle to allow for a regular boot fit. I’m looking for boots with a zipper and they stated they don’t carry any in store at all. They’ve just lost my business.

Never been to a boot barn. And I am quite amazed at the selection of boots and clothing that they had. Very nice selection of rugid work clothes and boots. Good quality. Prices weren’t cheap but then again the quality is pretty good. Employees were very helpful and attentive. I will definitely go back and shop again.

Had such an amazing experience here compared to other boot barns I had visited prior before. Reyna assisted me throughout the whole process and OMG when I tell you REYNA is Phenomenal !!! She gave me the best experience ever. Helped me choose each piece for my daughter's outfits. Also, This Boot Barn in Menifee had everything so organized I was able to look through every section to pick out a few other items I needed. I would like to recommend if you happen to go to this boot barn ask for Reyna she is Marvelous and you will not be disappointed. I Can not get over how Wondrous my visit was. Thank you Boot Barn in Menifee and Reyna for this experience.

Never felt so unwelcome in a store. Very bad customer service. Apparently every worker there was busy acting like they were doing something. If you are young or Hispanic, I highly recommend you find a different store. People like this need to be more educated with customer service, and how to respect every type of ethnicity.

Bought my fist pair of Cody James work boots. Better than Red Wings! Light weight and super comfortable.I've got a new boot brand. Also tried out Hawx boot socks. These socks are awesome. Gotta get some more! The employees are very helpfull and selection is great. Work, western, boots and clothes, check em out!

Nathan did An amazing job fixing my hat! It fits perfect now. Looks better than when I bought it. The other associates were also very kind and helpful.

Menifee store no class I bought a pair of Ostrich skin boots for over 460.00 dollars around march purchase over 500.00 dollars and got military discount then . Today I bought pair of earrings they said no military discount any more unless your son/ daughter in military is present new Boot Barn Policy. Have to go to different store to buy my cowboy boots now . Can’t come to this store and wouldn’t recommend it either.
